Option to turn off Team Calendar, so athletes cannot see all events in the platform even if they arn't invited

    This can now be toggled via Admin > Settings > Scheduler > Team Schedule. We intend to introduce more flexibility in future, such as setting up multiple shared calendars with different levels of access depending on role.
