Being able to add SOAP notes when an athlete has had some physio, massage, treatment etc, that IS NOT related specifically to an injury. IE massage and cupping, tight left hamstring, right shoulder stiffness etc.
This is now live! There is now a Notes section on the Health tab that does not require a specific injury/illness for entry.

But would also be good to have a ‘freeform’ option like in Notes but under the Health tab so that Sports Psychology, Nutrition, Medical etc can also put updates in - would be great!

In a future update we’re planning to add Treatments and Health Notes (with the option to switch between SOAP format or free-form) that do not need to be tied to any particular injury/illness :-)

Had another user request the ability to add/log treatments in the system. I.e. saw Athlete A for Massage/Physio
