Pause Athletes

example: someone goes away on holidays, pause the program so they can't view it, when they return, reactivate and easy to access the program again. I don't want to: 1. delete them then have to re-invite via email link, and, 2. take them off the program and then add them back on as they might lose their history and current program structure
