Noticeboard Templates

Ability to have saved Noticeboard templates to be able to select and send out. Eg an athlete onboarding noticeboard template with text and attachments; when a new athlete signs up to their org, the coach/admin could select ‘onboarding template’ and send it as a noticeboard post.
