Custom Questionnaires
The ability for coaching, medical, performance and operational staff to create custom questionnaires for athletes and have the ability to push out to individuals, groups or the entire platform. Some examples may be a nutrition questionnaire, end of season review, medical screening questionnaire for new athletes etc.

We’ve just released this as an early-access feature to all Pro-tier teams. We’ll be releasing some documentation shortly. Feel free to experiment by visiting Apps > Questionnaires and clicking the “New” button in the top-right corner of the page.

We are currently working on a basic version of this. Initially, it won't be as powerful as some of our built-in questionnaires, but we'll slowly chip away at those features over time.
