Anonymous/confidential bookings

Feature Request
On Scheduler everyone can see who has made a booking with a resource. It would be useful if some resources could be made confidential to those who are not Hosts ie for team psychologists or doctors etc

    Updating the visibility will also update events that are currently on the scheduler (e.g. changing the resource to private will update all existing bookings on the scheduler and make them private too)
