Heart Rate, Resistance and Pain Score are now live. This is in addition to Ranges added earlier this month.

Rep ranges are now live! Athletes will need to update their app to see ranges - currently they will only see the lower bound on the old version. For example, the exercise below would be listed as 12, 8, 6, Max for athletes who have not updated the app.

We will also be releasing Heart Rate, Resistance and Pain Score within the next week!

Ability to link exercise 1RMs. For example, linking a trap bar deadlift to an eccentric trap bar deadlift.

    Hey Ryan,

Is the power prescription updated as yet? I tried it last week and it crashed the session?

Rep ranges and weight ranges would be amazing.

Other zones could include things like lactate bands i.e.
    L1
    L2 …
    Threshold
    Aerobic threshold
    Anaerobic threshold

Hi @Justin To is this for strength or for physical testing?

Was thinking more along the lines of when we prescribe exercises to athletes as part of their program (not so much testing), we ask for feedback such as RPE/RIR/speed/reps completed/etc. If we can add Pain to that list, that would be very helpful!

The list I am referring to is screenshotted below.
