Additional Force-plate Visualisations

Currently Arc only visualises jump/drop tests. We would like to expand visualisations to include:

  • Isometric testing

  • Visualising asymmetries

Both Vald and Hawkin Dynamics Integrations would benefit from this change.

Thank you for your patience, we really think (hope) you will like what we’ve built!

ALL of your VALD/Hawkin Tests (and all metrics) are available, alongside the tests you complete within the Physical Testing module.

With plenty of options for creating your own visualisations:

Placed on the Team Physical Testing Dashboard or Athlete Physical Tabs in whichever way you like!

Hi @Tom Hillman thanks for messaging in.
Do you mind if I transfer the data alignment to intercom (Our chatbot thing) and make a new ticket here for the IMTP thing?

We’ve just released our first round of improvements for the S&C tab. You can now list multiple tests on the same screen. Similarly to the physical testing tab, your selections will be remembered when viewing other athletes or leaving and returning to Arc. Still to come:

    • We still have a lot of metrics from Vald and Hawkin that aren’t visualized

    • Ability to compare Add/Abd tests in the same format as the Left/Right tests

    • Better handling of Hawkin Dynamic tests. Particularly:

      • Isometric Tests and Single-Limb tests are currently recorded as two individual tests. Ideally would be great to visualise these in a similar fashion to the Left/Right charts.

      • Hawkin Dynamic allows you to tag tests. Ideally we should be able to drill down on these tags, e.g. filter to only show CMJ with the “Hands On Hips” tag

    • Ability to click into a test type to get a more “expanded” view. The expanded view would include:

      • Multiple metrics on one chart

      • A table view of all historic test data

      • Ability to filter data by tags

    • Upper and Lower bound values for tests to highlight anomolies

    • One of the final things we would like to achieve is to merge the S&C and Physical Testing tabs together so all tests can be visualized together

Thanks Adam! We're hoping to give our force test visualisations some much needed love soon.

Just to be clear - you would like to pick one or many metrics for a single test and be able to visualise the trend-line(s) as either an actual value, rolling average, or standard deviation (similar to wellness)?

Yeah for example for a CMJ for basketball we would look at FT:CT (or RSImod), the individual components of that ratio, and CMJ depth to tell the whole story and have the options to visualise the trendlines as you suggest would be great for us.
